Process for Operation
1. booking order
Because of the particularity of oversize cargo, pls provide the shipping order before 7-14 days, which should indicate Chinese & English cargo name, container type, the exact size for cargo & the special requirement, the clients for Reefer Container also should provide the temperature, humidity and ventilation the cargo need.
2. Distribution & inspection for container
The professionals of carrier will arrange measure & distribution according to the shipping order & the actual shipping list. What’s more, it need to inspect the container’s integrity, & temperature for the cargo of Reefer Container.
3. Information Provision for custom declaration
Pls provide the full set export sheet for custom declaration about 4-7 workdays in advance.
4. Container Loading & Port Entering

For the reefer container, the client can arrange the pick-up by themselves or let us arrange the professional truck.
5. Custom Declaration

Because the DG cargo need ship side loading, so it generally will arrange the loading before 3 days of shipping.
① Shipper deliver the cargo to our designated DG Warehouse to load by themselves.
② We will arrange truck to load cargo in factory & the DG marks should be pasted on the container after the loading. If the leakage of cargo have the pollution of the sea, the marine pollution mark also should be pasted & take photos of the container.
4. Custom Declaration
Confirming the container NO., the weight of truck & packing list & preparing the full set custom docs to begin to do the export custom declaration, and then the Custom will release the goods against passing the examination.
5. Confirming the Bill Of Lading

1. Quotation
The quotation for bulk cargo generally needs the client to provide more data, like cargo name, quantity, weight, measurement, stowage factor, packages, shipping date, shipping term & so on. The special cargo also must need to provide the cargo list in detail.
2. Booking order
The booking order of bulk is roughly the same with general container. We will confirm the time of the arrival of ship and cargo, & then arrange to prepare the goods in time. Shortage, damage & leakage should be awared when loading the cargo.
The special cargo like over weight, over length cargo should communicate with relevant department about the shipping matters. It’s very important about controlling the time of the arrival of cargo & loading for it may need to hire floating crane & arrange the vehicle/vessel’s taking directly.
Large bulk cargo like mine & bulk grain sometimes need to arrange the work like vessel draft survey & loadometer weighing.
It’s almost the same with general container after loading on board. And then we will arrange to sign the bill of lading in shipping agent with the shipping order.
3. Custom declaration & Inspection
Reporting procedures for bulk cargo is roughly the same with general container. Delivering cargo, handling the formalities of cargo transfer in port, arranging inspection, arranging tallying, transmitting export report, arranging custom clearance, accepting examination, releasing, consigning harbor operation, loading supervision is the basic process.
4. Port surcharge
The rate of port fees rate is determined according to the types of goods. & different goods have different charging standard. It’s also different if the shipping order is not same.
